Vida Flamenca's powerful production, Cumbre Flamenca 2022, held this past June 26, was exquisite. Flamenco artists Antonio Molina 'El Choro' and Sonia Olla performed alongside singers Jesús Corbacho, Miguel Rosendo, and Ismaél Fernandez accompanied by guitarist Juani de la Isla. The Zeremeño Dance Academy of Santa Barbara mesmerized the audience with their artful performances.
The event's preshow VIP experience was spectacular — abundant tapas and sumptuous paellas by Chef Roger. X. Balladares of Savory Roads Catering.

Chef Manuela Monsalve is renowned throughout Jaén for her tapas and is a sought-after speaker and educator on the attributes and use of Jaén's organic olive oils.
Chef Roger X. Navas-Balladares, owner of Savory Roads Catering, is an L.A.-based chef who turns the simplest gardens and most spectacular venues into festive outdoor kitchens where he prepares Andalusian (southern Spanish) and Latin American specialties, including his celebrated paellas. He is frequently found cooking (and sometimes dancing) alongside Spain and California’s finest flamenco musicians and dancers. His mission is to create a sense of community, one paella at a time.
